It's 5 O'clock somewhere!
btw- For those who don't know El TOro is on Nicholasville Rd right next to Denny's.
And the song reference (which has a strong EL TORO reference) is worthy of 50 points!

It's as random as the universe, dear!

If Eva wants to go, we're there. Nothing like trying to enjoy yourself with a child going "Can we go now? I'm finished. Can we go now?"

X, I just got back from Lex. Julieanne is there now doing some coaching with a couple of acting students. If I get her on the phone sometime between now and then,I'll let her know, but my guess with the rain and all it's unlikely we'll be back. We are fogies and while spur of the moment does infect us once in a while, we usually need to plan.

Where is this El Toro anyway?

It's on Nicholasville Rd right next to the Denny's. ( Down about a block from Southland Drive, going towards the college) It's in a little strip area with a Cell phone place next to it. Good, inexpensive food, festive atmosphere and , as mentioned , 2 for 1 Margaritas! Arriba!
Understand if you guys can't make it, but we'ed love to see you there sometime.

Sorry we couldn't make it tonight. Hope you feckers enjoyed yerselfs.

Oh, I had to look up the song ref, so I won't reply. Good one, though. If I recall, old man, you got all pissy at their concert (in '02) because of the moshers. How ya gonna survive Hagar? Banking on the average fan being too fat/stoned to do more than pump fist?

Me too.

Please...no moshing at the Cabo Wabo...just fist pumping, head banging and 12 oz curling!

Sorry, we couldn't make it, Tim. You're about six hundred miles from me and I've got a matinee tomorrow. Plus, the kids are already drunk.

Cheers!

Sorry to miss El Toro on Friday; The DesChamps Band was at Natasha's, and we had to scrounge up a sound system for them and then, of course, be in the audience. (You can ask Chris Rose how great they were.) Next time they're in town, maybe y'all could move El Toro to Natasha's. It's kid friendly, although the band starts at 9:00.

And we're going to have to miss the reading at AGL tonight. We have tix for the big Roger C Legends game, right behind home plate. Eat your heart out, Rick 8! (Actually, we have season tix that we split with two other couples, and we just happened to have drawn this night out of the hat at the beginning of the season.) Hope all goes swimmingly!

Tim, save us from the doldrums of the posts on the Lex Theatre site with everyone going on ad nauseam as to why they aren't going to diss a local show on a public forum (like who would?) and get us a new interesting topic here.
